International T’ai Chi champion, author and “Chi-vangelist” David-Dorian Ross brings a taste of T’ai Chi to public television audiences in his new PBS special “T’ai Chi, Health and Happiness.” David-Dorian will show you how easy and accessible T’ai Chi can be. “If you can wave your hand,” he says, “you can do T’ai Chi!” Multiple research studies from the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medial School show that T’ai Chi is one of the best remedies for almost every health challenge – from cancer to diabetes to Alzheimers.
David-Dorian’s new show will air this November and December. Please check your local listings for days and times.
